Apple CEO Tim Cook wishes Holi with these pictures shot on iPhone

Apple CEO Tim Cook has shared Holi greetings on Twitter. Cook shared two colourful pictures shot on Apple iPhone with the Holi greetings. One photo shows a girl sporting a shirt splattered with colours, posing candidly. The second picture has a lady holding out a thaali filled with powdered gulaal (colours). There appears to be a river in the background of the second photo and sky with birds flying.
Sharing the pictures, Cook wrote, “Happy Holi to all who celebrate. Thanks to Gursimran Basra and Apeksha Maker for these photos that capture the spirit of the festival, #ShotOniPhone.” This year Cook has not shared the iPhone model that the picture has been shot with, unlike the past some years. However, it is quite likely that the pictures have been shot on a model from the latest-generation Apple iPhone, iPhone 14 series.

Ace iPhone photographers
This is not the first time that Apple CEO has shared pictures shot by Gursimran Basra and Apeksha Maker while sharing his greetings. He has shared the duo’s pictures on both Holi and Diwali earlier too. Apeksha Maker is co-founder of Mumbai-based company studio ‘The House of Pixels’. She is quite known for her photos clicked on iPhones. Her Instagram account shows pictures shot over the years on various generations of iPhones. She has shared pictures shot on iPhone 14 Pro Max on her Instagram account, so it is very likely that the picture shared by Cook too has been shot from the same phone.

Basra is one of the top iPhone photographers in the country. His photos have featured on @apple Instagram (Diwali 2017) and lockdown series (2020). As mentioned above too, Basra’s pictures have also featured earlier on the Twitter account of Apple CEO with Diwali and Holi greetings. In 2021 too, Cook shared pictures clicked by Basra with hsi Diwali greetings. Basra goes with the name coffee.karma on Instagram and coffee.karma on Twitter. Basra’s Instagram feed is full of colourful pictures clicked by iPhones.
